The FOX Entertainment HR team is seeking a dynamic, business-minded Director of Human Resources to join our HR team. This is a high-impact, individual contributor role for an experienced HR leader who can operate with strategic perspective while maintaining a hands-on approach to supporting the business. Reporting to the EVP, Human Resources of FOX Entertainment, the ideal candidate brings strong business acumen, sound judgment, executive presence, and the ability to build credibility across all levels of the organization.  This individual will be comfortable navigating complexity and change, translating business needs into practical HR solutions, and moving seamlessly between strategic priorities and day-to-day execution. The Director will partner closely with HR Centers of Excellence, including Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Benefits, HR Operations, Learning & Development, and Employee Relations, to deliver an integrated and effective employee experience.
