Job Title: Senior Specialist, Cyber Intelligence (ISSM) Job Code: 43487 Job Location: Camden, AR Job Schedule: 4/10: Employees work 10 hour days, 4 days a week Job Description: L3Harris Technologies is seeking a Senior Specialist, Cyber Intelligence to serve as the Information Systems Security Manager (ISSM). In this role, the ISSM will oversee the development, implementation, evaluation, certification, and accreditation of classified information systems, ensuring compliance with Cognizant Security Agency (CSA) requirements. The position works closely with management, U.S. Government information assurance and oversight representatives, and prime/subcontractors, while interpreting government and company security policies for systems and networks of varying complexity. The ISSM will provide security guidance to program teams, engineering management, and end users, including recommendations on process tailoring, required training, and compliance deliverables. The role also includes preparing and maintaining clear, RMF-compliant plans, procedures, and instructions, and sustaining security compliance throughout the full system and program lifecycle. Additional responsibilities may include support for inspections, audits, investigations, certification testing, security documentation, software and hardware introduction, and emerging technology reviews. Reporting directly to the Facility Security Officer (FSO), this position may also support broader site security activities such as preparing facility accreditation packages, site-specific security plans, and physical security requirements. The ISSM may further assist with equipment accountability, electronic communication equipment tracking, document control, and other security-related assignments as needed. Essential Functions: Oversee the system security program and related policies for the assigned area. Ensure systems meet government security requirements throughout their lifecycle and comply with applicable standards. Lead security training and awareness efforts and maintain knowledge of system security measures. Manage key security processes, including CCB meetings, eMASS access, and continuous monitoring activities. Identify and address vulnerabilities, conduct assessments, and ensure corrective actions are completed. Maintain POA&Ms, ensure compliance with approved Security Plans and ATOs, and review audit records.
Qualifications
Must be able to obtain a security clearance. Bachelor’s with 6 years prior ISSM experience. Graduate Degree with 4 years prior ISSM experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related ISSM experience. DOD 8570.1 Certified (Level II or higher); Security+ or Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or other applicable 8570.1 certifications required. Preferred Additional Skills: Experience supporting classified processing environments of varying complexity. Knowledge of government, customer, and company security regulations, standards, practices, and requirements, including NISPOM, DAAPM, RMF, JSIG, and NIST SP 800-53. Familiarity with security requirements, clearance processes, and related procedures. Experience with applicable networks, systems,
