Below is the Job Description. Job title : Sr. webMethods Developer Location: Cary, NC  Duration: Full-time Responsibilities: This position will be a key participant in the development of webMethods base frameworks as well as supporting them. This position will be responsible for driving the architecture of the SciQuest webMethods environments and supporting the webMethods environments.

Serve as both the webMethods Architect and webMethods production support developer Code and test webMethods core framework(s) based on internal and external needs. Maintain existing integration code, as required. Support all integration points which are developed using webMethods. Develop and maintain proficiency in the company’s software solutions and core technologies. Develop and maintain assigned webMethods coding standards for use in client and internal projects. Work directly with internal customers to conduct analysis of integrations in order to perform in-depth technical troubleshooting and recommend appropriate solutions. Maintain webMethods environments, keeping them stable, scalable and updated Position Requirements: Minimum 5 years experience in working with webMethods on both Linux and Windows platforms 1-2+ Years of solid EDI interface design skills with in-depth knowledge of webMethods EDIINT (AS1, AS2 and AS3) solutions Strong Working Knowledge of Java, HTTPS communications, SQL and XML Experience in integrating and supporting hosted software with client’s existing systems. Strong technical project management skills. Proficient in system analysis, procedure analysis, and problem resolution is required. Business automation and workflow process development is desirable. Proficient in the elements required in integrating software applications within a client’s environment, including system integration/data interface, and equipment and application installation and set-up. Must be able to communicate technical solutions to Sr. Management. Strong communication, presentation, documentation and problem solving skills. Ability to act independently, take initiative and drive tasks and issues to resolution Strong knowledge of software development methodologies is needed.
