Work within a cross‑functional team and interface with customers and program leadership Create and decompose requirements, define system interfaces, and determine verification and validation methods Support system performance analysis, integration, and test activities Conduct testing of optical and electrical components and integrated systems; collect and analyze performance data Identify and resolve issues uncovered during testing; support design improvements and perform troubleshooting and calibration Execute integration, verification, and validation testing and generate comprehensive test reports Provide engineering support for test process development, baseline definition, and test architecture design   What You Will Learn: You will contribute to Systems Engineering & Test Center (SE&TC) activities spanning the entire product development lifecycle. This role offers the opportunity to gain comprehensive experience in system integration and testing while supporting critical projects Qualifications You Must Have: Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) discipline (preferably Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering or Physics) and a minimum of 2 years of prior relevant Systems engineering experience System software, system hardware, system requirements, and/or testing System hardware/software installation, integration, and troubleshooting Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance Qualifications We Prefer: Active DoD Secret clearance Willingness to travel (domestic/international) up to 25% Experience in test environments and on government contracts ATLAB, Python, scripting languages, and digital engineering tools (DOORS/DNG, Rhapsody, Cameo) Background supporting integration, verification, and field/test facility activities Ability to present technical analyses and solutions to leadership and customers Use Monte Carlo simulation for system performance modeling Diagnostic skills for identifying root causes, restoring functionality, and implementing preventative measures Develop test procedures, reports, and troubleshooting complex C++, Python, MATLAB, or similar programming languages What We Offer:   Our values drive our actions, behaviors, and performance with a vision for a safer, more connected world.
