What you'll do Actively support and coordinate regional bid processes, collaborating with experienced project managers and cross-functional teams. You will organize and moderate meetings for bid approvals and gain valuable insight into project delivery from the very beginning. Being a part of optimizing of administrative processes by using AI to improve team efficiency and ensure high-quality output. Gain hands-on project management experience while collaborating with experienced colleagues and other working students in a dynamic environment. Create and share project delivery accelerator documents and best practices for the project management community. Develop project analyses to identify opportunities for improving future project delivery, supported by colleagues and AI tools. Report on customer cloud adoption to identify new customer references and highlight success stories. What you bring
Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences Preferred fields of study: No specific preference Computer skills: Proficiency in Office365, especially Outlook, particularly Word, Excel and SharePoint, Basic knowledge and interest in AI and automation technologies. Language skills: Fluent written and spoken in German and English High level of commitment and flexibility: A high level of commitment is expected, particularly at the end of the quarter, due to increased workloads. Depending on requirements, this may entail flexible working hours as well as availability and support outside regular working hours. working hours: 40 hours per week Soft skills: Solution-oriented team player, detail-oriented work, communicative with your own opinion, highly motivated and enjoys organizing, can-do attitude and attention to detail Others: Understanding SAP and project management processes is a plus, previous practical experience is an advantage. It would be beneficial if the employee could regularly come to the Walldorf office, as this would facilitate collaboration, knowledge sharing and alignment with the team.
