Sales Manager - GAM Sell Out - Supermicro The Role AMD is seeking a Senior Business Development Manage r to help drive growth and market adoption of AMD-based Supermicro solutions across Europe. In this role, you will work closely with Supermicro, customers, channel partners, and internal AMD teams to expand the adoption of AMD EPYC™ processors and AMD Instinct™ accelerators across enterprise, AI, and data center markets. You will be responsible for developing and executing regional business strategies, managing key stakeholder relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and driving sales outcomes through collaboration with technical, sales, marketing, and business unit teams. The ideal candidate combines business development expertise, data center industry knowledge, and strong relationship management skills to accelerate growth within a strategic partner ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute the regional business and go-to-market strategy with Supermicro across EMEA. Drive revenue growth, market share expansion, and business opportunities for AMD EPYC and AMD Instinct product portfolios. Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key stakeholders within Supermicro and the broader partner ecosystem. Manage business forecasting, opportunity tracking, pipeline development, and quarterly business reviews. Collaborate with AMD sales, technical, product marketing, and business unit teams to identify and accelerate customer opportunities. Partner with channel organizations to expand AMD business across strategic distributors, resellers, and solution providers. Support and coordinate joint customer engagements, industry events, training activities, and partner enablement initiatives. Identify emerging market opportunities and communicate customer and partner feedback to AMD product and business teams. Work cross-functionally to ensure operational readiness and effective execution of customer engagements. Facilitate alignment between regional Supermicro teams and AMD stakeholders to drive opportunity progression and business growth. Contribute to partner programs and initiatives designed to increase awareness, demand generation, and sales performance.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in business development, sales, partner management, product marketing, or a related customer-facing role within the technology industry. Knowledge of enterprise computing, data center infrastructure, AI, cloud, servers, or semiconductor technologies. Experience developing and executing strategic business plans and growth initiatives. Ability to manage sales pipelines, business forecasting, and opportunity planning. Experience working within cross-functional, matrixed organizations. Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to build trusted relationships with customers, partners, and executive leaders. Experience working with server OEMs, channel partners, or system integrators is highly valued. Familiarity with Supermicro solutions and the enterprise server ecosystem is advantageous. Fluent verbal and written communication skills in both English and German are required. Preferred Education Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. Equivalent combination of education and experience will also be considered. Location Preferred locations include: Germany (Munich area
