Northrop Grumman is seeking Associate Facilities Engineer or Facilities Engineer . This position will be located at our Space sector in Commerce, CA.   The qualified candidate will become part of Northrop Grumman’s Facilities and Maintenance team. Roles and Responsibilities Collaborate cross-functionally with production, engineering, quality, and maintenance teams to resolve equipment issues, improve equipment reliability, and provide technical guidance. Perform Equipment Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) and implement robust corrective and preventive actions to enhance system reliability. Conduct project planning, budgeting, contract management, and oversight of project execution Help to ensure that the correct preventative maintenance procedures are in place and recommend all necessary spare parts to keep the plant operational on a 24/7 basis. Prepare presentations and reports detailing the Operational Equipment Effectiveness on all machines. Aid in developing standard specifications for all future equipment purchases. Compliance: partner with EHS on all facilities and projects to adhere to local, state, and federal health, safety, and environmental regulations. Manage mechanical, electrical, plumbing, or general contractor vendors as needed.
