Summary We are seeking a Senior Manager, Commercial Operations, Surgical Vision APAC to lead and advance regional commercial excellence capabilities across Asia Pacific. Reporting to the Head of Strategic Capability & Strategy, Surgical Vision APAC , this role will drive strategic initiatives in Data & Analytics, Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE), CRM, Commercial Operations, and Consignment Management to accelerate business growth, market share gains, and operational excellence. The successful candidate will partner closely with commercial and cross-functional leaders to deliver actionable business insights, optimize sales performance, enhance customer engagement, and build scalable commercial capabilities across the region. This role will also lead a regional team and foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and capability development.

Lead APAC commercial excellence initiatives spanning Data & Analytics, Sales Force Effectiveness, CRM, Consignment Management, and Commercial Operations. Develop advanced business intelligence and analytics capabilities to identify growth opportunities, monitor key business metrics, and support strategic decision-making. Deliver actionable insights through sales analytics, market intelligence, performance dashboards, and commercial reporting. Drive SFE programs including territory optimization, incentive design, sales performance management, and distributor effectiveness. Own regional CRM strategy and governance to enhance customer engagement, sales execution, and data quality. Partner with commercial, marketing, finance, and other cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives, business planning, and market expansion opportunities. Lead process improvement and digital transformation initiatives that improve operational efficiency and sales productivity. Oversee sales operations processes, tools, reporting, and performance management across APAC markets. Manage regional business case development and strategic projects as required.
