Summary Job Description As our firm evolves in support of its 2030 Vision, we are strengthening our Organizational Development function to help advance firm-wide organizational capabilities. The Organizational Development Manager will partner with HRBPs and business leaders to understand organizational needs, design practical solutions, and support meaningful change. This role will help the firm build more consistent and scalable approaches to organizational design, change management, talent strategy, and team effectiveness. This is an individual contributor role.
Responsibilities
Lead organizational design and change management projects from planning through implementation. Develop and apply common frameworks, playbooks, and tools that support consistent, scalable solutions. Assess organizational structures, roles, processes, capabilities, and ways of working; develop recommendations for future state. Partner with HRBPs and business leaders to understand strategic priorities and organizational needs. Provide strategic guidance while strengthening the ability of HRBPs and leaders to address organizational needs. Use data, research, and stakeholder insights to develop practical recommendations. Measure the effectiveness of solutions and identify opportunities for improvement. Knowledge, Skills, Capabilities: Experience in organizational development, organizational effectiveness, organizational design, change management, talent management, HR consulting, or related. The ability to understand complex organizational challenges and develop clear, practical solutions. Experience leading cross-functional projects or workstreams. Strong consulting, facilitation, and stakeholder partnership skills. The ability to build alignment and influence without direct authority. Strong planning, organization, and communication skills. Sound judgment, adaptability, and comfort working through ambiguity.
Education
