Associate/Director, P3, Internal Operations & Quality Control, Talent Enablement- Return to Work Candidates We’re seeking someone to join our Internal Audit Talent Enablement team as an Associate/Director focused on executing the department’s communication strategy and engagement initiatives. The Internal Audit Division (IAD) drives attention and resources to vulnerabilities by providing an independent and well-informed view and impactful messages about the most important risks facing our Firm. This is accomplished by performing a range of assurance activities to independently assess the quality and effectiveness of Morgan Stanley’s system of internal control, including risk management and governance systems and processes. IAD serves as an objective and independent function within the Firm’s risk management framework to foster continual improvement of risk management processes.  This is an Associate/Director level position within Internal Operations and Quality Control, which is responsible for efficient and effective functioning of the department, supporting the ultimate delivery of high-quality assurance services.​ What you'll do in the role: Understand and adopt new communication tools and techniques Develop and distribute clear and concise communications and marketing materials that promote employee participation, increase awareness of key programs, and reinforce departmental priorities Identify and leverage data (e.g., communication metrics, engagement trends, user feedback, etc.) to drive the communication strategy forward and help inform future improvements Collaborate with a wide range of internal stakeholders to build effective working relationships and to develop clear, audience-focused communications Effectively manage multiple deliverables while delivering high-quality work Maintain and update Internal Audit's intranet platforms (e.g., Jive, SharePoint, and Adobe Experience Manager) Manage editorial and communications calendars to support timely prioritization of communication requests and content delivery Coordinate monthly communications and engagement roundtables to support the planning and execution of communication and engagement campaigns across the department Coordinate and execute employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, networking events, and department-wide activities that foster a positive and inclusive employee experience Identify and recommend communication best practices to enhance employee engagement and information sharing What you'll bring to the role:  Strong writing skills and familiarity with the Associated Press writing style Experience working with various digital communication channels (e.g., Jive, Sharepoint, Adobe Experience Manager) Ability to communicate clearly and
