Evaluates quality improvement opportunities, collaborates with the key stakeholders to provide support, and oversee the programs and projects to improve products and processes. Job Requirements

Key Responsibilities Policies and Procedures Execute TE's TEOA policies, procedures and systems in order to provide working guidelines and direction. 执行TE TEOA政策、程序和系统，以提供工作指南和方向。  Kaizen Management

组织、策划并实施Kaizen活动，包括但不限于：

5S+1 VSM Visual Factory Standard Work QCPC TPM Quick Change Over Mistake Proofing Cell Design Material Replenishment & Flow 3P 6 Sigma VOC等

参与并支持改善项目计划的制定，提供可行性分析和专业建议。 参与具体改善项目的各项会议，包括项目启动会、阶段性评审会及总结会。 组织、规划并实施TEOA工具及持续改善意识培训，提高员工精益改善能力。 跟踪改善项目节约成效（Savings）的达成情况，支持运营部门实现年度Conversion Cost节约目标。 辅导和支持跨部门改善项目，推广Problem Solving方法，推动最佳实践复制。 以达成公司运营卓越项目的年度目标和关键绩效指标。

Lean Maturity Management

Support TEOA LMA相关Element工作。 支持运营卓越体系建设，推动工厂达到Star Level 5要求。

Lean Talent Development

建立Lean培训体系。 组织Lean Novice、Apprentice及Practitioner培养。 推进认证及人才发展项目。

Continuous Improvement Culture

Analytics & Dashboard Management

开发和维护Power BI Dashboard。 建立自动化报表体系。 提供数据分析支持。 推动数据驱动决策。

Success Measures 岗位绩效将基于以下方面进行衡量：

Qualifications Education

Bachelor Degree in Engineering

What your background should look like

Generally requires Bachelors degree in appropriate field with a minimum of 8 years of experience; Masters degree or higher or local equivalent may be preferred at this level Competencies
