Summary Help shape the future of Global Indirect Channel Management by leading the training, communications and learner enablement strategy for the global Indirect Channel Manangement function. The ICM Training and Communications Manager will act as a trusted partner to ICM leadership and regional teams, to ensure that training and communication plans are clear, engaging, scalable and aligned to business needs. The role will be accountable for the effective development and implementation of training and communication programmes, including external training programmes tailored to the needs of IC partners.   As a point of contact for both internal and external partners your ability to problem solve and prioritize will be invaluable, as will your natural communication style at all levels.   You could be working with LATAM one moment, and Europe the next, working across many different time zones and cultures, you will have a natural aptitude for being able to juggle many priorities, whilst maintaining a high level of service and knowing where to focus your time at any given moment.

What you will do

Training strategy and programme development: Develop and implement the global training and communication strategy for the ICM function. Design, develop, plan and deliver training programmes for internal stakeholders and indirect channel partners, including virtual, face-to-face and self-led learning formats. Conduct training needs assessments and analyse stakeholder requirements to identify opportunities for new programme development, improvement or localisation. Develop, maintain and continuously improve training and communication materials,   Lead the development and execution of global learning programmes   Communications and change enablement: Build clear communication plans, launch plans, message maps and training schedules to support global programs, system changes and business initiatives Translate complex ICM strategies, processes and system changes into clear, practical and engaging communications for varied audiences. Shape and amplify organisational narratives that help stakeholders understand ICM priorities, expectations and ways of working. Establish communication standards and best practices that promote consistency across teams, sites, regions and functions   Learning systems and user enablement: Own and support the success of ICM Learn learning management system, Support system-related training and communication activity across key ICM platforms, including Cornerstone, ICRC, ICM Connect Site, SLMS Monitor, support and communicate system changes, releases and updates, ensuring users are trained and informed as required.   Stakeholder partnership and global execution: Collaborate with SMEs, regional ICM teams, functions and divisions to develop or adapt training resources and communications for different audiences. Work across geographies, time zones and cultures, balancing multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of service and focus Act as a producer and facilitator for global training sessions, workshops, webinars and stakeholder learning events. Partner with branding and communications stakeholders to ensure a consistent look, feel and tone across training, education, system and communication resources.   Measurement, reporting and continuous improvement: Monitor and evaluate training programmes, assess feedback and outcomes, and implement enhancements to improve effectiveness and adoption Use reports, data and stakeholder feedback to demonstrate training impact and support business decision-making.
