You will help digitize processes, structure data, and work at the interface between environmental protection, occupational safety, and modern AI tools.

Your tasks: Administrative support: Assisting the EHS team (Germany & Europe) with day-to-day operations;  Data & document management: Maintaining, preparing, and validating EHS metrics and reports;  Process optimization with AI: Using AI tools to increase efficiency in documentation and research;  Communication: Preparing presentations and documents in German and English.

What you bring:  Studies: Currently enrolled in a degree program in occupational safety, environmental management, engineering, or a related field;  Languages: Fluent German and very good written and spoken English skills;  Tech affinity: Confident use of common AI tools and an interest in learning and applying new AI tools;  Work style: Reliable, structured, and independent work style.

20 hours/week with flexible working hours that can be easily combined with your studies;  Insights into international EHS structures and a dynamic team;  Opportunities for your own ideas when using new technologies and tools.
