The pay range is $73,000.00 - $132,000.00 Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position. These include labor markets and in some instances may include education, work experience and certifications. This role will support our Pantry and Bakery categories within Target Owned Brand Food & Beverage .  Global Supply Planning (GSP ) designs, plans, and activates upstream supply and inventory strategies that ensure reliability, and flexibility while enabling sustainable growth for Target. As the upstream integrator, GSP connects Planning, Inventory Management, Sourcing, and production to provide visibility, proactively manage supply risk, and enable downstream partners to optimize in‑network inventory.  A role in Global Supply Planning means ensuring that the supply, capacity, and production plans are established in conjunction with demand plans and manufacturing processes to meet business needs.  The role will ensure that items are produced and available at the right time and in the right location. This position will require working from our Minneapolis HQ location 4 days a week.  In office requirements are subject to change.

Support the development and accountable for the execution of Upstream Supply Strategies: Partner with Planning, Inventory, and Sourcing to develop and activate upstream supply and inventory strategies that ensure surety of supply and enable faster response to risk signals. Evaluate business context, demand volatility, lead times, vendor capability, and liability exposure to determine the right supply model (e.g., read‑and‑react, inventory stocking). Lead Long Range Planning Deliver the 3year OB plan that aligns merchant long range plans with sourcing strategies. Own Collaborative Supply Planning Partner with PIM, Sourcing, and business partners to create upstream supply strategies, including order flow tactics, stocking strategies, safety stock, and read and react activation. Shape routines and communication cadences that align upstream production decisions with downstream receipt needs Deliver Performance Reporting & Insights Create and maintain measurable KPIs connected to speed, flexibility, reliability, and business impact, ensuring strategy activation is grounded in data.
