Work Model: This is a fully onsite role, with work performed at your designated Regal Rexnord office. ____________________ Summary Opportunity for a Design Engineer to join Micro-Motion’s US R&D team. This individual will be a member of the Sustaining Engineering Team and the primary responsibility of this role is to support Micro-Motion’s existing product lines. Micro-Motion products are used in an array of medical devices including surgical tools as well as in aerospace and other industrial applications. The Design Engineer will be responsible for supporting technical problem solving and processing change requests. The R&D team is an essential component of Micro-Motion's growth strategy, requiring creative, effective, and flexible candidates able to succeed in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. This position will report into our Sustaining Engineering Manager and is located in West Chester, PA. What You’ll Do Along with those identified below, other duties may be assigned. Work closely with cross-functional teams to support existing products Facilitate change requests, which includes Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) Work with Manufacturing and Quality teams on technical problem-solving initiatives to provide design improvement Support customer RMA analysis to provide sustainable solutions Interact with Application Engineering and customers to ensure design solutions meet the customer’s expectations Support VAVE initiatives to control cost Champion the company’s culture and core values: Integrity, Responsibility, Diversity, Engagement & Inclusion, Customer Success, Innovation with Purpose, Continuous Improvement, Performance, Passion to Win, all with a Sense of Urgency.
