Senior Associate, R&D Business Analysis Team What you will do In this role, you will be an experienced individual contributor within the R&D Business Analysis Team, supporting business decision-making through financial, operational, and analytical insights. You will work across a range of R&D and enterprise initiatives, partnering with stakeholders to analyze data, develop insights, and support planning and execution. Job Responsibilities - Perform financial, operational, and business analyses to support planning, forecasting, and decision-making - Develop and maintain analytical models, reports, and dashboards - Support development of business cases, scenarios, and performance tracking - Analyze trends, risks, and opportunities and communicate insights clearly - Collaborate with cross-functional partners across R&D and enterprise functions - Support process improvement, standardization, and automation initiatives - Ensure accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality of data and analyses What we expect of you The Senior Associate is a strong analytical contributor who applies sound judgment, structured problem-solving, and collaboration to deliver high-quality insights that support business decisions. Basic Qualifications - Master’s OR Bachelor’s degree and 8–12 years of relevant experience - Proficiency in Excel-based financial and analytical modeling - Experience working with data, analytics, and reporting tools - Ability to work effectively in cross-functional environments Preferred Qualifications - Experience in budgeting, forecasting, or business planning - Familiarity with enterprise systems and analytics tools - Exposure to R&D or regulated environments - Experience with data visualization tools Soft Skills - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Clear written and verbal communication - High integrity and attention to detail - Adaptability and collaboration What you can expect of us As we work to develop treatments that take care of others, we also work to care for your professional and personal growth and well-being.
