Our pioneering and inventive spirit has enabled us to be at the forefront of many technological advancements in our nation's history - from the first flight across the Atlantic Ocean, to stealth bombers, to landing on the moon. We look for people who have bold new ideas, courage and a pioneering spirit to join forces to invent the future, and have fun along the way. Our culture thrives on intellectual curiosity, cognitive diversity and bringing your whole self to work — and we have an insatiable drive to do what others think is impossible. Our employees are not only part of history, they're making history. The HR Liaison is the prime point of contact between the HR Service Center (HRSC) and Sector HR Business Partners (HRBPs). Each Liaison owns a portfolio of HRBPs, independently resolves complex and high-sensitivity employee matters, and represents the HRSC on significant issues requiring coordination across organizations. This position is located in Irving, TX.

Resolve problems of unusual complexity where no precedent exists, keeping solutions consistent with HRSC and sector objectives. HRBP & Stakeholder Partnership Serve as the named HRSC contact for an assigned portfolio of Sector HRBPs, engaging senior HR leaders and COE partners (Payroll, Benefits, Travel) on matters requiring cross-organization coordination. Represent the HRSC on enterprise-wide initiatives and deliver updates back to the assigned portfolio. Build awareness of HRSC services across the sectors through staff meetings and service updates. Knowledge, Training & Community Own assigned Knowledge Base articles and process documentation, keeping content current and aligned to the latest Tier 2 escalation pathways. Deliver quarterly brown-bag sessions and job-shadow opportunities that build HR process knowledge across the HRSC and HRBP community. Reporting & Continuous Improvement Analyze escalation-to-HRBP trends with Service Excellence and recommend process enhancements that reduce repeat escalations. What Success Looks Like HRBP escalations are routed through and resolved by the HR Liaison team, with no COE bypass — measured via the ServiceNow dashboard.
