The mission of the software team in Tewksbury and Woburn, MA is to provide world-class software for our customers. We are looking to add software engineers to our development team for a wide array of products including Battle Management, Command & Control, Communications, Effectors, and Surveillance and Warning systems. Participate in collaborative, cross-discipline integrated product teams, employ agile software development techniques and resources to develop, test, and integrate complex software and systems solutions for aerospace and defense applications Participate in agile execution and continuous improvement Work collaboratively to analyze, implement and test system Qualifications You Must Have: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related (STEM) discipline Minimum of two (2) or more years of relevant software programming experience in development, integration, and/or test using C++, C#, Java or similar object-oriented software language Qualifications We Prefer: Strong problem-solving, teamwork and communication skills Desire and ability to learn new technologies and tools Experience working in Agile environment such as Scrum, Scrum @ Scale, SAFe, Test-Driven Development, DevSecOps
