About the team and the role: The Europe Monetisation team is responsible for driving long-term value creation across buyers, sellers and partners. As Manager, Monetisation, you will focus on Special Pricing & Seller Programmes in the UK and Germany, while supporting commercial initiatives across Europe. Working at the intersection of commercial strategy, analytics, and operational execution, you will assess seller pricing opportunities. You will develop arguments, track monetisation performance, and support the full delivery of pricing and seller programme initiatives. You will collaborate closely with seller management, finance, analytics, legal, product, operations and global monetisation teams across markets. What you will accomplish: Assess and support the end-to-end execution of seller-level pricing, special pricing and monetisation initiatives across Europe, with a focus on the UK and Germany. Build clear business cases for commercial decisions, evaluating GMV, revenue, take rate, investment, seller performance and profitability. Track seller agreements, programmes and pricing initiatives to determine whether investments are delivering expected outcomes and identify risks and opportunities for improvement. Partner with finance, analytics and seller teams to evaluate pricing opportunities and translate data into practical recommendations. Coordinate with legal, operations, product and commercial teams to support accurate and timely implementation of pricing and seller programme changes. Improve processes, governance and performance tracking for special pricing, seller programmes and monetisation workflows. Support regular reviews, approvals and performance readouts, providing clear recommendations and updates to collaborators across functions and markets.

3+ years of relevant experience in pricing, revenue management, monetisation, commercial strategy, consulting, ecommerce, marketplace, retail or another analytical commercial environment. Strong commercial judgement and analytical skills, with the ability to use data to size opportunities, assess impact and develop practical recommendations. Excellent Excel and financial modelling skills, including experience building business cases, scenario models and performance tracking. Strong execution and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-moving, matrixed environment with evolving processes. Effective stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience collaborating across functions and geographies. Experience in ecommerce, marketplaces, retail, pricing, seller economics, commercial agreements or B2C business models is highly desirable. Experience with SQL, Tableau, Excel Power Query, Python or similar analytics tools is desirable. Additional Details eBay is an equal opportunity employer.
