System Administration (Windows, Linux/Unix)  Networking (enterprise, WAN, firewalls, load balancing)  Experience Disaster Recovery & Backup Management  Knowledge of Cloud Platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) in global, multi-region deployments and DevOps   Experience managing Containers & orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)  Desirable Observability tools (Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk)  ITSM & ITIL frameworks

Overview   This role   is responsible for   leading globally distributed infrastructure teams across multiple technical domains, ensuring scalable, resilient, and secure platforms that enable business operations. The ideal candidate combines strong hands-on experience with leadership capabilities, able to assess complex environments and drive execution while managing multidisciplinary teams.     This leader will also bring strong governance, operational excellence, and a data-driven mindset to continuously improve service delivery.

E xecute a   global infrastructure strategy   aligned with   the   business and   IT   IGBS   objectives .   Support the   build   of the IT IGBS infrastructure organization with a customer-centric approach and mindset.   Assess regional and global environments to   identify   risks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for standardization and optimization.   Execute   the   backup   and recovery strategies , ensuring data integrity and compliance.   Deliver the services to ensure the operations of enterprise networking and infrastructure security controls globally.   Drive observability, monitoring, and reliability engineering practices across distributed systems.   Lead and develop   distributed, multicultural technical teams   (system admins, network engineers, cloud engineers, SREs).   Provide hands-on leadership during critical incidents and complex problem-solving.   Drive risk management, audit readiness, and continuous improvement initiatives.   Implement ITIL-based service management and operational best practices.   Define and track   global infrastructure KPIs and metrics .   Define and manage   SLAs, SLOs, and KPIs   to ensure consistent global service performance.   Use data to drive decision-making, capacity planning, and performance optimization.   Deliver executive-level reporting on service health, risks, and transformation progress.   Drive a performance-based culture through accountability, coaching and mentoring of direct reports, and providing regular feedback to foster leadership, strategic thinking, and business acumen.     Required   Skills and Competencies   System Administration (Windows, Linux/Unix)   Networking (enterprise, WAN, firewalls, load balancing)   Experience   Disaster   Recovery   &   Backup   Management   Knowledge of   Cloud Platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) in global, multi-region deployments   and D evOps     Experience managing   Containers   &   orchestration   (Docker,   Kubernetes )   Desirable   O bservability tools
