Demand Planner

About the position   We're excited to offer an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Demand Planner to join our high-performing Benelux operations team at Kraft Heinz. As a key member of our team, you'll report to the Head of Demand Planning Benelux and work closely with senior stakeholders to drive business growth.     As a Demand Planner, you'll be responsible for managing all categories for our Away From Home business in the Benelux . Your expertise will be instrumental in shaping our demand planning strategy, leveraging historical data and new insights to inform discussions on new product launches, future innovations, factory planning, logistics planning, and stock policy. Your goal will be to ensure that we have the right products in the right place at the right time to meet customer demand.     In brief, you are responsible for:   Manag ing the forecast of our full range of FMCG products, generating high-quality base forecasts down to SKU level using our O9 platform   Driv ing F orecast A ccuracy by developing robust demand forecasts, incorporating promotional and media plans, and coordinating inputs from cross-functional teams   Establishing and maintaining a framework for constructive forecast challenges, driving consensus and accuracy   Collaborat ing with the central S upply P lanning team to ensure seamless product flow to our local warehouses   Optimize inventory levels and minimize write-offs through our monthly supply chain loss processes and clearance sales initiatives with the sales departments   Ensure exceptional customer service levels, including C ase F ill R ate and R equested D elivery D ate, to drive operational efficiency   Partner with supply planning, commercial category, and sales teams to successfully launch new products and renovate existing ones     Qualifications   Must haves   At least a completed Bachelor’s degree   3 + years prior supply chain is essential, and demand planning experience is a plus   Advanced Excel knowledge    SAP/ O9 experience   Fluency in English is mandatory     Please kindly note that you need to have an EU Working Permit (Orientation Year Visa not included) in order to proceed for this position.     Professional Attributes    Can do mentality - You are hands on; if you see a problem, you find and implement a solution   Ability to Simplify - We like to keep it simple.
