Job Description
Role Purpose
The purpose of this role is to conduct user research, interviews and surveys, and use the information to create sitemaps, customer journey maps, wireframes, and prototypes of a product/ application by applying design thinking principles ͏
Do
Understand the business/ market need and create a prototype of a product/ application
Facilitate the clientâÃÂÃÂs product vision by researching, conceiving, sketching, prototyping and user-testing experiences for digital products Deploy different research methods like surveys, market analysis, qualitative research, webex sessions, interviews etc to get inputs on the overall product/ application design flow Create strategic design and user-experience decisions related to core, and new, functions and features Apply design thinking approach to create a wireframe as per expected application design Work closely with business analysts and project manager to understand customerâÃÂÃÂs expectations and requirements Create an interaction design of the product/ application and review it with the customers Identify the current limitations
