About this role
Are you passionate about building iconic brands and creating impactful consumer experiences? Join our Marketing team as a Regional Jr. Brand Manager Chocolate & Gum. You’ll be responsible for supporting the development of regional brand strategies across LATAM, translating global and regional priorities into consumer-led marketing initiatives that drive sustainable growth. In this role, you will partner with local market teams and cross-functional stakeholders to execute integrated marketing plans, support innovation projects, and ensure strong brand performance across the region. This role operates in a hybrid model, requiring attendance at our Queretaro office three times per week. A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing • Brand Strategy & Growth: Support the development and execution of LATAM brand strategies and annual marketing plans aligned with regional and global priorities. • Consumer Insights & Opportunity Identification: Leverage consumer, shopper, category, and market insights to identify growth opportunities and recommend strategies to strengthen brand performance. • Integrated Marketing Execution: Lead or support 360° marketing initiatives across communication, digital, social media, PR, experiential, and in-store activations to deliver impactful brand experiences. • Innovation & Portfolio Management: Support innovation and renovation projects from concept development through launch and post-launch evaluation, ensuring alignment with business objectives. • Performance Monitoring & Stakeholder Collaboration: Analyze KPIs, market trends, and business performance to recommend actions while partnering closely with local markets, agencies, and cross-functional teams. We’re Looking for Someone With • 4-6 years of experience in Brand Management, Marketing, or Commercial roles, ideally within FMCG/CPG companies, working with brands, campaigns, innovation, and promotions. • Strong knowledge of brand management fundamentals, integrated marketing, consumer insights, innovation, and portfolio management. • Proven analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to transform data into actionable recommendations and business opportunities. • Commercial acumen and understanding of business drivers, combined with strong project management and execution capabilities. • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across regional and local stakeholder groups. • English proficiency and experience working in multicultural and cross-functional environments. • Growth mindset, ownership, and resilience, with a passion for brands, consumers, and continuous learning.
