Commercial Operations Specialist

Grade Level (for internal use): 08 The Team: Our team is a dynamic, data-driven group of analysts who thrive on turning complex data into actionable insights. We’re passionate about solving challenging problems with a mix of fun collaboration and rigorous analysis to drive impactful commercial decisions. Responsibilities and Impact: Monitor and report on sales performance and key metrics regularly. Support financial processes such as month-end close and commissions working with members of a global Commercial team via case management system Manage data accuracy and integrity across systems, including territory and account alignment. Generate and analyze reports for sales, management, and finance teams. Assist with process improvements, system updates, and data governance. Support sales initiatives, projects, and cross-functional collaboration. What We’re Looking For: Basic Required Qualifications: 1-3yrs’ experiences in data processing or analysis, be familiar with the tools such as Python, SQL, or VBA.  Bachelor’s degree in computer science or business preferrable. Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables and basic macros/IF statements. Prior experience in sales support, systems, or business analyst roles. Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. Additional Preferred Qualifications: Strong written and oral English communication skills. Experience developing and analyzing business reports from multiple data sources. Familiarity with systems like Salesforce, Oracle, Einstein, Power BI or Tableau.
