Palo Verde Behavioral Health is searching for a qualified Front Desk Receptionist to join our team! Schedule is 9:00 am - 3:30 pm Monday - Friday. Palo Verde Behavioral Health has a longstanding reputation for stability in mental health and substance use treatment, serving patients in and around Tucson since 1960. We offer individualized inpatient and intensive outpatient treatment programs for adults and adolescents. The Receptionist is responsible for: Greeting and assisting all visitors Answering the phones and paging when needed Receiving and documenting incoming deliveries Processing incoming and outgoing mail Preparing weekday deposits and monthly statements for mailing Providing administrative departmental and project support as needed Other administrative duties. Education
High School graduate or equivalent.
Experience
Two (2) years experience on a multi-line telephone switchboard, preferrable in a health care environment and any combination of education, training, or experience in a hospital environment.
