What you will be responsible for Work as a member of a broader Charitable assets management (CAM) team in processing and administration of the gift annuity and trust gift vehicles. This includes new gift setup and any administration changes to existing accounts. (Address change, ACH, Terminations, Account shifting etc.) Work as a member of a broader team in processing the State filing reports. This includes preparing and distributing reports Support the Investment and Tax teams within Charitable Asset management group. Contribute to strategic initiatives focused on ways to improve operational controls, system(s) enhancements, and process flows. Client reporting : Sending Gifts summary, PIF & Tax reports to clients also other client reporting What we value These skills will help you succeed in this role: Working knowledge of Microsoft packages, including Excel, Outlook and Word. Good English, written and oral communication skills Time management skills Multi-Task Capabilities Organized and attention to details. Ability to perform effectively within strict client deadlines Team players who must show the willingness to work with cross functional teams across time zones Ambition to succeed and forge a long term career in one of the largest Funds Servicing companies in the world Self-motivated and goal-oriented. Education & Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree with concentration in Finance, Accounting, Business Management, and/or Information Systems 4+ years of experience in financial services industry Are you the right candidate?
