Job Description and Key Responsibilities The Senior Director, Neuroscience Communications & Public Affairs is accountable for shaping and leading the global communications and public affairs strategy for Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine’s Neuroscience portfolio. Reporting to the Vice President, Neuroscience Communications & Public Affairs, this role serves as the most senior communications counselor to Neuroscience leadership and is responsible for ensuring clear, consistent, and credible positioning across science, access, policy, and value—supporting both near‑term commercial priorities and long‑term portfolio growth.  Operating as a core member of the Neuroscience Communications leadership team, and a business partner to commercial and R&D partners, this role drives strategic alignment across global, regional, and market
