Finance Manager, FP&A, Amazon Pharmacy Finance

Our FP&A team owns end-to-end financial planning, reporting, and strategic support for senior leadership. Key job responsibilities We seek a Finance Manager to join the Amazon Pharmacy FP&A team and lead Pharmacy Finance through critical planning cycles. This role drives end-to-end execution of OP1/OP2, quarterly guidance, and Long Range Planning (LRP), including cross-functional coordination, timeline management, narrative development, and senior leadership deliverables. With full P&L exposure, you'll surface financial insights that influence strategic decision-making at the VP level. The right candidate earns trust across finance, tech, and business teams; owns planning cycles in high-ambiguity environments; and delivers high-quality executive materials under tight timelines with strong judgment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience applying AI to FP&A workflows, including: - Designing and deploying AI-powered automation for recurring processes (forecasting, reporting, close) while maintaining controllership standards - Applying prompt engineering to accelerate variance analysis, scenario modeling, and executive narrative drafting - Building and validating AI-driven forecasts with shadow testing and clear human-override frameworks - Identifying and scaling AI use cases across the FP&A value chain - Developing reusable AI tooling and agents for team-wide adoption This role offers growth into strategic finance thought leadership, shaping long-term business strategy and the operating model for AI-augmented FP&A at scale.
