Patient Transporter

Shift : Rotate Job type: Per Diem Hours : The nursing transport aide reports to the One Call Center for daily clinical supervision and receives assignments from the One Call Center/Transport Dispatcher. The nursing transport aide provides safe, efficient, and timely transfers and discharges of patients from nursing units, and ensures equipment is located in the appropriate areas. The nursing transport aide will remain immediately available via the SpectraLink phone system or communication device that has been implemented, and maintains a high level of customer service as detailed in the customer service plan. Access to demographic information and limited patient health information related to job function.
