Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Safety Engineer with over 10 years of expertise in ensuring safety compliance and risk management for Building projects across Pan India within Airport Infrastructure . The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of safety protocols, hazard identification, and mitigation strategies, ensuring the safety of personnel, equipment, and operations throughout the project lifecycle. This role requires technical proficiency, leadership skills, and a commitment to fostering a culture of safety.

Develop and implement comprehensive safety plans for building projects in compliance with local and international safety standards. Conduct risk assessments and hazard analyses to identify potential safety issues and implement mitigation strategies. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, such as OSHA, ISO 45001, and local building codes. Monitor and enforce safety protocols on-site, ensuring the safety of workers, contractors, and visitors. Conduct regular safety inspections, audits, and drills to evaluate the effectiveness of safety measures. Investigate incidents, near-misses, and accidents to determine root causes and recommend corrective actions. Develop and deliver safety training programs for project teams, contractors, and stakeholders. Promote a culture of safety awareness and accountability among all project personnel. Provide guidance on the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and safety tools. Ensure all safety practices align with regulatory requirements and industry standards. Prepare and maintain documentation for safety audits, certifications, and regulatory submissions. Act
