Job Requisition ID # 26WD100312 Position Overview The Autodesk Talent organization is seeking a Process Optimization Manager to lead Talent-wide process standardization initiatives including technology and AI adoption, enablement readiness, and measurable value realization across Talent workflows. Reporting to the Talent Chief of Staff, you will work across the Talent organization—including talent acquisition, talent development, and global mobility—and partner closely with People Insights & Solution Design (PISD), Enterprise Systems (ESE), Talent Operations, Trust, Privacy, Procurement, Finance, and functional owners. This role will ensure that our processes support our global Talent strategy at scale and that tools and AI-enabled capabilities are embedded into how work gets done and continually optimized to improve efficiency, quality, and the experience of candidates, employees, managers, and Talent practitioners. Principal Duties and Responsibilities Own Talent-wide process optimization and standardization, with cross-Talent accountability where workflows, tools, data, or user experiences intersect Assess current-state processes, identify friction, duplication, control gaps, and improvement opportunities, and design scalable future-state workflows, standards, handoffs, and operating practices Translate Talent business needs into clear requirements, use cases, process impacts, and adoption priorities for PISD, ESE, vendors, and other delivery partners; provide business-side feedback on technology roadmaps and technical delivery Establish process documentation standards and maintain an accessible source of truth for approved workflows, roles, decision rights, controls, and standard use cases Own tool engagement and adoption routines, including usage expectations, stakeholder reinforcement, feedback loops, and actions informed by utilization data Define and track value-realization measures including adoption, efficiency, quality, process adherence, user experience, and business impact Partner with People Analytics, PISD, and tool owners to obtain and interpret usage and process data, identify underutilization, or experience gaps, and recommend corrective actions Drive responsible adoption of AI-enabled ways of working within Talent processes, aligned to the central PPL AI roadmap, enterprise governance, privacy, security, and appropriate use of employee and candidate data Define governance model for tools, including user eligibility, approval paths, onboarding and offboarding standards, periodic reviews, and audit requirements, coordinate with system administrators, Talent Operations and Trust teams Coordinate business inputs for privacy impact assessments, data retention and deletion processes, procurement activities, purchase orders, vendor renewals, and deprecation decisions Partner with enablement, change management, and communications teams to translate process and tool standards into launch readiness, training, playbooks, communications, reinforcement, and sustained behavior change Represent the voice of candidates, employees, managers, recruiters, and Talent practitioners to improve end-to-end experiences and reduce friction across processes and handoffs Stay current on process excellence, HR technology, AI adoption, change enablement, and employee experience practices to inform continuous improvement and innovation Global travel may be required Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Operations, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience 8+ years of experience in process optimization, business operations, operational excellence, change enablement, HR or Talent operations, technology adoption, or related discipline in a complex enterprise environment Demonstrated experience leading end-to-end process improvement and standardization initiatives across multiple functions, regions, or stakeholder groups Strong ability to
