Job Description 我们正在招聘一名合格的现场暖通工程师，负责商业/工业建筑项目暖通系统的现场监管、安装质量管控、技术协调、测试及调试工作。确保现场所有机电暖通施工符合设计图纸、项目技术规范、安全标准以及施工进度要求。 主要工作职责 • 对暖通安装工作开展日常现场监管，涵盖风管、管道、空气处理机组、风机盘管、冷水机组系统、新风及防排烟系统。 • 审核施工深化图纸，解决现场技术碰撞问题，向施工班组做技术交底。 • 管控施工质量、安全与进度，对现场不合规安装工作进行整改。 • 配合系统压力试验、风水平衡调试、系统调试及最终竣工验收。 • 处理现场技术问询（RFI），对接业主、顾问、施工单位及其他专业。 • 整理留存现场施工记录、检验资料，配合项目验收与移交。 Qualifications • 暖通、建筑环境与能源应用工程相关专业本科及以上学历。 • 至少5-10年工业以及商业建筑项目暖通现场施工工作经验。 • 熟悉暖通施工流程、安装规范、通风空调系统调试工作。 • 能够独立识读机电图纸，会使用AutoCAD。 • 具备较强现场问题处理能力、沟通及跨专业协调能力。 • 吃苦耐劳，能够常驻项目现场，责任心强。 优先条件 • 具备基础英语沟通能力，持有英语四六级证书者优先考虑。 • 持有一级建造师证书者优先考虑。 Additional Information /LP At AECOM, we are committed to maintaining a secure and trustworthy recruitment process and take any fraudulent hiring activity seriously.
