**Description**

As an intern with Textron, you’ll gain hands\-on experience while exploring your interests and building new skills\. You’ll be supported and challenged to contribute in meaningful ways – working on real projects alongside experienced professionals to prepare for future success\.

The Marketing intern will assist in developing content for social media, internal communications and various print and digital platforms, assist with design, support Able’s social media channels through copy and design, social media development and deployment and additional various support of Able marketing efforts\. This individual will assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns for Able\.

+ Assist in creating or finding imaged to use in a variety of creative projects \(for example \-advertisements, brochures, datasheets, corporate identity, packaging, presentations, promotional displays, signage, and websites\) and oversee the design, layout, and formatting of these materials\.

+ Assist in writing and developing content for various tactics\-internal communications, website, advertisements, social media, etc\.

+ Collaborate with the marketing team on marketing initiative, projects, and strategies\.

+ Schedule and deploy social media content on various platforms\.

+ Assist with managing and enforcing the Able Aerospace Services brand standards\.

+ Research and collect data through interviews and updates all marketing datasheets and brochures as needed\.

+ Assist with presentations \(PowerPoint\)\.

+ Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in marketing or other related field

+ Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously\.

+ Must possess a strong sense of concept development and creativity\.

+ Excellent time management and multitasking skills in executing multiple projects\.

+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills\.

Applicants must be authorized to work lawfully in the U\.S\. for Textron Aviation at the time of making application, and visa sponsorship is not available for this position, including for F\-1 students and J\-1 exchange visitors who will need employment sponsorship\.

Summer internships are 40 hours per week typically from late\-May to early\-August lasting 10 weeks\.

Candidates must be able to work onsite for the entirety of the internship program unless approved otherwise by the hiring manager\.
