About this role

Amazon Leo is Amazon's low Earth orbit satellite network. Our mission is to deliver fast, reliable broadband connectivity to customers beyond the reach of existing networks. From households to small businesses, schools, hospitals, and government agencies, Amazon Leo will serve communities and organizations operating in places without dependable internet access. This Sr. PM-T will develop a common vision and scope, establish timelines, and drive system readiness for launching Leo services. The role will work in partnership with Leo Engineering, AWS, and Amazon teams to execute the plan. Key job responsibilities The successful candidate plays the role of a business liaison, product and technology leader, and own the delivery of systems across the end to end customer journey: Own and drive key input metrics to measure developer experience success; establish baselines and track CX impact over time Author PR/FAQs for new developer experience capabilities; define product requirements and make tradeoff decisions with senior engineering leaders Conduct direct developer observation sessions to identify unarticulated needs; translate insights into product direction changes distinct from explicit customer requests Lead large, global, and complex technology initiatives cross-functionally with Leo Engineering, AWS, and Amazon teams Provide visibility and clear communication to senior leadership through business reviews and operating plans Own end-to-end system readiness and post-launch iteration to scale globally and deliver the best customer experiences Build mechanisms to simplify and continuously innovate in an ambiguous, greenfield environment Export Control Requirement: Due to applicable export control laws and regulations, candidates must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (i.e., current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.
