Job Title Operations Analyst - Central Operations Hub Job Description Summary The Operations Analyst, Central Operations Hub is responsible for delivering operational services and supporting the successful execution of processes transitioned into the Hub. The role works closely with Senior Operations Analysts, business stakeholders, and service owners to execute day-to-day activities, maintain process documentation, identify improvement opportunities, and ensure service commitments are met. The Operations Analyst is accountable for individual performance metrics, including quality, timeliness, productivity, and customer experience, while contributing to the continuous improvement and growth of the Central Operations Hub.

Job Description About The Role: Service Delivery: Execute operational processes and activities in accordance with defined procedures, service standards, and business requirements. Performance & Quality Management: Take ownership of individual performance metrics, including quality, accuracy, productivity, turnaround times, speed of response, and customer experience. Process Documentation: Maintain process maps, SOPs, work instructions, and knowledge repositories to support consistent and scalable service delivery. Continuous Improvement : Identify opportunities to streamline, standardize, automate, or improve processes and proactively raise recommendations to Hub leadership. Stakeholder Support: Collaborate with business stakeholders, service owners, and Hub team members to resolve issues, answer queries, and ensure smooth service delivery. Reporting & Governance: Support operational reporting, data collection, service reviews, and governance activities while ensuring compliance with established controls and procedures.
About You
2-4 years of experience in operations, business analysis, or a shared-services environment Strong Excel/data skills; exposure to process mapping tools advantageous Experience working in global or matrixed organizations preferred Bachelor's degree required Why join Cushman & Wakefield?
