FPN Munster Medical Office Building 759 45th St. Munster, Indiana 46321 WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR: Franciscan Physician Network is seeking a full-time Cardiology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant who specializes in Electrophysiology to join our group at Franciscan Health Munster located in Munster, IN. Interested candidate will join an extensive cardiology team. The Advanced Practice Provider will be joining a steady, well established cardiac group with excellent mentors and experienced cardiologists. WHAT WE NEED: Ideal candidate will have strong focus on clinical excellence, and patient satisfaction. Candidate will display exceptional desire to develop strong ties with patients, the community in which they serve and existing medical staff. Provider will need to work collaboratively with physician to coordinate and deliver the highest quality of patient care. WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT: Traditional full-time schedule; No holidays or weekends No call expectation Primarily outpatient work but may have some time in hospital (primarily stress test supervision) Outpatient volume: 12-20 patients/day Common Diagnosis & Procedures: Abnormal Heart Rhythms Abnormal EKG Arrhythmia Cardiac Arrest Syncope Congestive Heart Failure COPD Pacemakers ICDs Loop Recorders Equipment: Device Programmer Device Systems: Murj WHO WE ARE: Franciscan Health is a non-profit health care system with primary and specialty care physician groups located throughout Indiana. Qualifications
