Managing the effective and prompt delivery of products, sustaining inventory precision, facilitating shipments and receipts of goods, aiding overall Logistics Operations Support research operations through effective sample management including managing inventory, transporting materials, creating research samples/splits, and conducting simple laboratory testing Handle incoming and outgoing shipments including shipping paperwork preparation, safe packaging of materials for transport, review receiving documents (bills of lading, invoices, packing lists), coordinating shipments and orders with freight forwarders or brokers Managing site stockroom inventory including lab and chemical stock supply, coordination with vendors, collaboration with purchasing team.
About you Skills and Qualifications
Proficient in safe operation of specialty equipment including forklifts, powered pallet jacks, and personal man lifts Strong attention to detail and the ability to uphold good housekeeping practices Customer focused with strong communication skills to help strengthen relationships Ability to quickly learn new tasks and integrate them into workflows Effective working independently with minimal oversite while still being a strong contributor to the
