Job Description
Position Overview: Works under limited supervision. The BIM Modeler shall be responsible for developing, coordinating, and maintaining detailed BIM models for airport airside and landside infrastructure. The role involves converting Civil 3D design outputs into federated BIM models and preparing structural BIM models for various airport facilities. The candidate shall ensure compliance with project BIM standards, Level of Development (LOD) requirements, and client BIM Execution Plans (BEP). The position requires close coordination with civil, structural, utilities, MEP, architecture, and airport planning teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Participate in multidisciplinary BIM coordination meetings. Perform clash detection using Navisworks. Resolve interdisciplinary clashes. Maintain federated BIM models. Ensure compliance with BIM Execution Plan (BEP). Maintain model version control. E.
