EHS Administrator (Temporary Assignment)

Work Model: This is a fully onsite role, with work performed at your designated Regal Rexnord office. ____________________ Pay Range $20- $25 per hour DOE Several factors are considered when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role responsibilities, candidate’s work experience, skills and education.  This is an estimated Temporary Assignment of 2 to 6 months. The EHS Administrator will assist the Environment, Health & Safety team with day-to-day office administrative duties. This role provides practical exposure to safety program development, compliance activities, training support, and continuous improvement initiatives. Essential Functions ·Assist with workplace safety /Observations, inspections, and follow-up tracking of corrective actions. ·Help prepare and update safety documentation, procedures, checklists, and training materials. ·Support data entry, tracking, and basic analysis for safety metrics, inspection findings, and training attendance. ·Perform other duties as assigned to support the EHS program. Qualifications required: Currently enrolled in a degree program at a college or university (preferred majors: Environmental Science, Occupational Safety & Health, Industrial Hygiene, Public Health, Chemistry, Engineering, or related field). Strong interest in environment, health, and safety, aerospace manufacturing, CNC operations Manufacturing. Good written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or equivalent. Willingness to learn and follow safety protocols; ability to wear required PPE. Reliable transportation and ability to work on campus as scheduled. Preferred: Prior coursework or basic knowledge of OSHA standards, environmental regulations, or laboratory safety.
