Leads the overall manufacturing operation with full accountability for safety, quality, delivery, cost, people development, and business performance. Plan, organize, direct and run optimum day-to-day operations Analyze workflow, labor and equipment to maximize efficiency, meet production targets, customer delivery commitments, and quality requirements. Increase production, assets capacity and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs Allocate resources effectively and fully utilize assets to produce optimal results Establish and operate the plant in a safe and environmentally sound manner and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.  Own area budget and operating plan. Drive profitability, productivity improvements, and return-on-investment decisions. Build high-performing teams and leadership pipelines. Driving Continuous Improvement in line with strategy. Translate business strategy into plant objectives. Support capacity planning, automation, capital investments, and growth initiatives. Align manufacturing capabilities with future business needs. NPI and project management planning execution, leading cross functional and regionals teams, assuring effective stakeholders communication and having risks mitigation plans. 10+ years’ experience working as an Operational/Plant Leader with proven experience. Bachelor’s or master’s degree.
