Standard Job Description The F-16 Program is looking for a mid-career engineer for the Systems Engineering (SE) Configuration Management (CM) organization. The ideal candidate has an understanding of CM, prepared to work with cross-functional engineering teams, understands verification & validation, understands technical requirements, and can solve complex problems. As a Senior Systems Engineering with our F-16 Configuration Management Team, you will: Implement and maintain Change Management Practices, Supplier Configuration Management Processes, and ensure Technical Baseline Management Collaborate closely with multidiciplanary teams, engage effectively with senior leadership and program stakeholders Adapt quickly to changing priorities and execute tasks within strict timelines to meet critical deadlines. This position is located at Fort Worth, TX. Basic Qualifications Bachelors degree from an accredited college Experience in Configuration Management Principles and Practices Experience working with cross-functional teams Desired Skills Experience working with F-16 Teams and Suppliers Strong written and oral skills Production, Greenbelt, or Process Improvement Experience Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range: $85300.00 - $158300.00 At Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
