Develop and lead a cohesive global Mental Health vision and risk-based strategy that exceeds industry best practices and regulatory requirements. Maintain and improve in-depth expertise in relevant local, state, and federal laws related to Mental Health. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure our industry leading Mental Health Standards are implemented and continuously improved upon. Create and deliver a proactive Mental Health and culture that promotes wellness, identifies and mitigates workplace hazards, and minimizes work-related illness and injury.

Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 2 years of experience in program or project management, leading multi-disciplinary projects. Experience in Mental Health principles, including hazard identification, risk assessment, and control measures. Experience in Mental Health, with a focus on program development and management. Experience with global Mental Health regulations, standards, and best practices. Preferred qualifications: Advanced degree in a Mental Health field. Experience working in a large, multinational organization. Strong direct experience in leading Mental Health strategy. Strong knowledge and experience with medical and mental health and counseling services fields, health promotion and wellness programs, and global/regional health regulations.
