Job Description
We are seeking a Graduate Consultant to join our Urban Advisory team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In this role, you will support the development and delivery of urban planning and advisory projects for leading organizations across the region. You will work alongside experienced consultants to analyze urban development opportunities, conduct market research, and contribute strategic insights that shape the future of urban spaces. Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive research and analysis on urban development trends, demographic patterns, and market dynamics Support senior consultants in the preparation of strategic recommendations and feasibility studies for urban projects Analyze data using appropriate tools and methodologies to identify opportunities and challenges in urban environments Prepare clear, professional reports and presentations that communicate findings to clients and internal stakeholders Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely delivery of deliverables and maintain project documentation Engage with clients, government agencies, and other stakeholders to gather insights and validate research findings Contribute to the development of urban advisory strategies that address sustainability, economic growth, and community development Assist in the management of multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and quality standards Qualifications Bachelors in Urban Planning or Urban Design Strong analytical and research skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English As part of AECOM’s commitment to Emiratisation and in accordance with UAE labour law, only UAE Nationals with a family book will be considered for this role.
