The Software Engineer Technical Lead  partners across program level structures necessary to achieve priority objectives, enable business capabilities and achieve digital strategies. Partners with leaders and stakeholders to deliver outcomes. Responds to evolving business needs. Identifies opportunities for improvement in systems, processes, and/or results. The Technical Lead is responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of a specific set of digital products, ensuring their architecture, development, and maintenance align with business goals while providing technical guidance to development teams, collaborating closely with product managers to translate business needs into technical solutions, and staying abreast of emerging technologies to optimize product performance and scalability.  This role oversees the technical team, manages their skills, and ensures successful Agile epic deliveries and operations.

Technical Vision and Strategy: Define the technical roadmap for the products, including architecture, technology stack, and standards to ensure long-term sustainability and scalability.
