Lead Content and SEO Contract Terms: Permanent, Full-Time 40h/week THE TEAM The GSA Marketing team is responsible for Ticketmaster's marketing activities across Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Our mission is to grow the business by retaining existing clients, maximizing revenue potential and winning new business from both existing and new verticals. To achieve this, we deliver both B2B and B2C marketing – for our clients as well as for our own brand. THE JOB As Marketing Manager Content & Community, you own the content and community strategy for Ticketmaster across Germany and Austria with additional support for the Swiss team, creating engaging content and building genuine fan engagement across our social channels. This role is ideal for someone who loves being close to content creation and community-building on a day-to-day basis, within the live entertainment and music space.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Own the content and community strategy for Ticketmaster across Germany and Austria ensuring content resonates with local audiences while staying aligned with global brand guidelines You provide the Swiss team with guidance and strategic input for content creation and community management. Plan, create, and curate engaging content across B2C social media and community channels (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, Reddit, WhatsApp Channel etc.) Build, grow, and actively manage an engaged community around concerts, events, and artists, fostering genuine fan interaction and loyalty Develop a content calendar that balances always-on community content with campaign-driven and artist/event-specific content Localize global content assets and campaign materials for the GSA market, adapting tone, format, and messaging to local audiences Moderate and manage community interactions, including comments, direct messages, and user-generated content, maintaining brand voice and tone Identify and collaborate with creators, fans, and community voices to amplify reach and authenticity Monitor community sentiment and feedback, using insights to shape content direction and flag emerging issues early Track and report on content performance and community engagement metrics, continuously optimizing based on what resonates Stay on top of platform trends, formats, and community best practices, testing new approaches where relevant Work closely with Brand, B2B, Event, CRM and Performance Marketing colleagues to ensure content and community activity supports broader marketing goals WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW (or TECHNICAL SKILLS) Several years of experience in content creation and/or community management, ideally within entertainment, music, events, or ticketing Strong track record of building and growing engaged digital communities Excellent eye for content, storytelling, and tone across different platforms and formats • Good understanding of content and community performance metrics, with the ability to translate insights into action Fluent German and very good English skills Hands-on, creative, and detail-oriented working style, comfortable working close to the day-to-day content and community activity Genuine passion for live entertainment, music, and fan culture is a strong plus • Solid understanding of social media KPIs, analytics tools, and data-driven optimization YOU (BEHAVIOURAL SKILLS) Excellent communication skills, with the ability to adapt tone and messaging for different audiences, platforms and stakeholders Creative mind with a strong instinct for storytelling, content, and what resonates with fans online Proactive and innovative, quick to spot and test new content formats and trends Highly organized with strong attention to detail, able to manage multiple content streams and deadlines at once Comfortable working in a fast-paced, always-on environment where priorities can shift quickly Collaborative team
