Job Description & Summary Our Advanced Technology Solutions team helps clients solve real business challenges through technology. We work across business process management, low-code platforms, automation, robotics, software delivery, and AI — designing solutions that improve how organizations operate and helping turn complex ideas into practical outcomes. As our projects continue to grow, we are looking for new colleagues to strengthen our Business Analyst team . This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys understanding how businesses work, asking the right questions, and helping shape solutions that bring together business needs and technology. Our Projects A big part of our work focuses on business process automation and workflow transformation , especially on Appian and Pega . We help clients understand how their processes work today, redesign how they should work in the future, and support delivery teams in turning those ideas into working solutions. Our clients include large organizations across banking, insurance, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, telecommunications, energy, and other industries . Business Analysts in our team play a key role from early discovery and workshops through requirements, testing, demos, and final solution rollout. If you are interested in business analysis , but also want room to grow into areas like consulting, UX/UI , delivery support as well as project management, this role can give you exactly that kind of exposure. We use AI across all the activities, such as in the ideation, requirements gathering and designing. What you will do
Work with clients and stakeholders to understand business needs and process challenges Lead or support workshops, interviews, and discovery sessions Analyze and document as-is and to-be processes Prepare requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional documentation Support workflow, low-code, and process automation projects together with delivery teams Stay involved through the full lifecycle — from analysis to testing, demos, and solution presentation Prepare process flows, presentations, mockups, and other supporting materials Work across multiple projects in an international consulting environment What we are looking for 2+ years of experience in Business Analysis , Business Process Management , or a similar role Strong understanding of process mapping , process improvement , and requirements gathering Experience with as-is / to-be analysis and end-to-end workflow documentation Confidence in client-facing communication and workshop facilitation Ability to explain technical topics in a clear, business-friendly way Experience working with developers, architects, QA, or project teams Good written and spoken English Nice to have Experience with Appian , Pega , or other BPM / low-code / workflow platforms Exposure to UX/UI , wireframing, mockups, or Figma Familiarity with Agile , Scrum , Jira , or Azure Dev Ops Experience with testing or UAT support , as well as German language skills , would be an added benefit Why this role This role is a great fit for Business Analysts who want to do more than just write requirements.
