Amazon Now team is looking for a passionate, analytically strong, and innovative leader to help us define customer facing products for Quick Commerce in MENAT. We are looking for an experienced customer-obsessed product leader to join us. You will be a part of the Product team within Quick Commerce in Amazon MENA working closely with Tech, Business, Program managers. We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to own Search, Discovery, and Personalization CX for A-Now. This is a high-ownership, fast-moving role for someone who moves quickly, decides with data, and ships. You will define the product vision and roadmap for search relevance, ranking, search CS, and discovery. You will leverage AI to move faster, make UX and CX decisions independently, design and run experiments, and directly drive customer and business outcomes. This role drives consensus quickly and moves. Key job responsibilities 1. Own the end-to-end product roadmap for search, discovery, and personalization CX for A-Now 2. Track relevant CX and business metrics, identify gaps, diagnose root causes, and drive improvements with urgency 3. Identify CX gaps, deeply understand customer behavior, and define the right customer experience to address them 4. Take UX decisions independently and drive visual and interaction changes without waiting for a UX designer 5. Leverage AI to accelerate launches, design CX faster, and improve decision quality; bring hands-on experience in building and shipping AI-driven features 6. Design, launch, and analyze experiments using Amazon's experimentation framework; experiment fast when the situation demands it 7. Write clear PRFAQs, product requirements, and business cases; influence engineering, science, and business stakeholders and drive cross-functional alignment quickly 8. Benchmark against regional SICs and global QC players to identify capability gaps and set a higher bar
