[Position Title] Senior Medical Science Liaison (Sr MSL), Hematology [Sector] Janssen [Location] Taipei, Taiwan [Job Objectives] Customer facing position as primary scientific expert in the hematology Provides scientific, technical and pharmacoeconomic information to company's key customers Initiates and maintains relationships to increase awareness of company's products by designing, developing, and delivering effective presentations and by coordinating symposia and continuing education seminars [Key Roles & Responsibilities] Our Credo Complies with integrity and compliance standards Strategic agility Develops strategies aligned with brand and Medical Affairs objectives Identifies solutions that address clinical and business needs Makes recommendations on business activities that are align with key strategic focus Product and therapeutic area knowledge Provides analyses of clinical studies to verify information integrity of the company's products Ethically gathers scientific, customer, and market information on prelaunch and marketed products Proactively acquires and maintains awareness of emerging scientific research Develops and delivers therapeutic area training to internal stakeholders Interprets and appraises clinical research reports and publications to help inform clinical, medical, and business decisions Attends and reports from national and international scientific congresses Scientific communication Provides clinical and scientific information to current and potential key opinion leaders Assists with preparation of product presentations for demonstration to thought leaders, medical groups, government agencies and health systems Drives continuing medical educational, advisory boards, workshops, seminars and programs for healthcare professionals and scientists Collects and follows up on unsolicited medical information requests Identifies and disseminates emerging scientific and medical information from and through multiple channels in a timely and concise manner Understands the use of digital technology and multiple channels to engage external stakeholders External customer engagement and relationship Develops and manages relationships with key external stakeholders, including key thought leaders, healthcare staff, medical societies, government bodies, and patient advocacy groups Provides scientific support for speaker programs and symposia Identifies key speakers and provides speaker briefings for educational meetings Documents, interprets, and uses customer insights to develop brand and Medical Affairs strategies and plans Cross-functional collaboration
