Prioritize and manage order fulfillment to meet requested ship dates (RSDD) while minimizing critical issues and delays.

Implement process improvements to reduce partial shipments and optimize overall order management efficiency.

Monitor and drive improvements in key SCM/Order Management metrics, including network health, supplier performance, forecasting accuracy, MAPE, and order fill rate.

Advise planning and forecasting teams on bottlenecks and gaps that negatively impact on-time order fulfillment.

Track and optimize order entry times to improve overall on-time delivery (OTD) performance.

Maintain regular communication with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely availability of materials and smooth execution of repair orders.

Lead and mentor large teams, driving workforce optimization and deploying digital solutions where applicable to enhance efficiency and business profitability.
