General Summary The Talent Acquisition Intern will support the recruitment team in attracting, engaging, and hiring top talent across the organization. This internship provides hands-on experience in full-cycle recruiting, employer branding, candidate engagement, workforce planning, and university relations. The selected candidate will gain exposure to strategic talent acquisition initiatives while developing valuable HR and recruiting skills in a dynamic business environment. What You'll Do
Assist recruiters with sourcing and screening candidates for internship, entry-level, and experienced professional positions. Review resumes and support candidate qualification assessments. Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process. Help maintain applicant tracking system (ATS) records and ensure data accuracy. Support career fairs, campus recruiting events, and employer branding initiatives. Participate in workforce planning and talent pipeline development activities. Research recruiting trends, competitor hiring practices, and talent market insights. Assist with internship program activities, onboarding events, and candidate experience initiatives. Prepare reports, presentations, and recruiting metrics for leadership review. Collaborate with HR, hiring managers, and business partners on talent acquisition projects.
What We're Looking For
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, Psychology, Organizational Leadership, or a related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Teams). Interest in recruiting, talent acquisition, human resources, or organizational development. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous internship, campus leadership, customer service, or administrative experience. Experience using LinkedIn, Handshake, or other recruiting platforms. Interest in workforce strategy, employer branding, and talent analytics.
